The Snake plant ‘Laurentii Dwarf’ is native to West Africa and Nigeria.

Best Locations For Growing Laurentii Dwarf Snake Plant

The snake plant ‘Laurentii Dwarf’ is generally a slow grower and works well in small spaces. This compact form can be placed on shelves, side tables, or window sills. The Laurentii Dwarf Snake Plant thrives on neglect so it’s a great low-maintenance option for your home or office.

Laurentii Dwarf Snake Plant Sunlight Requirements

Provide the Laurentii Dwarf Snake Plant with plenty of indirect or filtered sunlight. Two or three feet away from a south-facing window, or near an east- or west-facing window is ideal. This plant is highly adaptable and can survive in low to high light conditions.

Laurentii Dwarf Snake Plant Care

The Snake plant ‘Laurentii Dwarf’ is nearly indestructible and ideal for a beginner houseplant owner. It only needs water if it’s completely dry, and can grow in a wide range of lighting conditions. Snake plants do well with a fast-draining potting mix, and generally any all-purpose succulent and cacti soil is a good choice. This plant will only need to be repotted every couple of years.

Watering Laurentii Dwarf Snake Plant

Water this plant about every two to three weeks when the top few inches of soil become dry. This snake plant will tolerate the soil drying out completely between waterings. During the winter months, reduce watering. Avoid over-watering this plant since it is susceptible to root rot.

Feeding Laurentii Dwarf Snake Plant

The Snake Plant ‘Laurentii Dwarf’ can be fed using a cacti and succulent fertilizer. There is no need to fertilize this plant over the winter when growth slows.
