We guarantee all of our orders will arrive to you without being damaged or we will make it right. We do have different criteria & guidelines for different order scenarios. But we believe in doing what is right no matter what, and we want our customers to feel confident when purchasing from us, without worrying about their order.

We guarantee every plant will arrive happy & healthy. Once the plant is out of our possession, we cannot guarantee the plant’s survival. There are too many variables outside of our control to include an extended warranty. However, we do offer an additional warranty on all plants ordered from us for an additional cost (please see Plant Warranty).
Damaged branches and leaves that occur during shipping are not considered defective or damaged, as this is normal wear and tear during shipping that plants can easily recover from.
For claims please notify us within 3 days of delivery about any issues with the plant(s) you received. This can include dead plants, dried out roots, or incorrect items being shipped out. We may ask you to give the plant a try before sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
If the plant is damaged beyond recovery during shipping, we will email you with instructions on how to get a replacement. If you receive the incorrect plant, we will work with you to send the correct plant as soon as possible, or provide a refund if we no longer have the plant available. We may need to ask for pictures of the plants to help determine the course of action.
We also provide robust plant care information information for your plants once you receive them from us. As well as sending reminders to water your new plants! We want you to be successful growing these plants, and we’re invested in making sure that happens!
Our 1 year warranty needs to be purchased at the same time as the plant. This will cover the plant from dying for any reason. This guarantee does not cover shipping costs or the cost of the warranty. Simply let us know if your plant has died within 1 year of receiving it, and we will issue store credit to use to either replace the plant or get a different plant.

In fact, our confidence is proudly backed by offering a 10-years warranty on our Crescent Garden branded rotomolded planters. Our planters are constructed to last through winters and summers alike, indoors or outdoors.
In the incidence of cracks or fades due to defective workmanship and materials during the first 10 years from the date of purchase, Crescent Garden will replace the planter with its then closest current model. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on replacement. Mishandling, misuse, failure to follow the directions for use, improper storage, neglect, accidents or any other hazard to the product voids this warranty. This warranty does not include any non-rotomolded parts such as TruDrop water level indicators, screw caps and metal parts. Replacements for these are available and can be purchased.
Our warranties activate on the day of purchase, so hold on to your original order invoice as proof of purchase.

Jay Scotts Company stands by the quality of our fiberglass manufactured planters. Each planter holds a three (3) year warranty from the time of acceptance of the product.
We warrant the initial purchaser of our products that they are of quality material and workmanship, and are free of manufacturing defects.
Jay Scotts Company, at their sole discretion, will repair, exchange or give credit for the original purchase price of any item proving to be of defective materials or workmanship.
Mishandling, misuse, abuse, failure to follow directions for use, unauthorized modifications, neglect, accidents or any other hazard to the product voids the three years warranty.
Each planter comes with handling and planting instructions to ensure the longevity of your planter.
It is highly encouraged to follow these instructions for the best use of Jay Scotts planters.
Please note that is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that water be able to drain sufficiently from the containers with outdoor use. This is notably important in regions that are subjected to freezing conditions.
