A tough and dependable perennial, Monroe's White Lilyturf will bloom year after year. It is heat and drought tolerant and ignored by deer and rabbits, which makes it perfect for rural gardens. Suitable for growing in zones 5 to 11, it is ideal for mass planting, growing under trees or edging the front of a border.

Being a shade-loving perennial, Monroe's White Lilyturf prefers partial or full shade. It can tolerate a wide range of soil types as long as they are well drained. Water frequently for the first year or two, after which it can cope with dry conditions. It does not need much in regards to extra nutrients but can benefit from an application of general fertilizer in early spring.
Pruning is not essential. However, you can remove any old and tatty foliage in later winter. You can divide the clumps every 2 to 3 years if needed.
