Pink Drift Rose (Rosa ‘Meijocos’) is a compact, low-growing groundcover rose that delivers continuous color from spring through frost. Covered in vibrant deep pink blooms, this rose adds a stunning splash of color to borders, slopes, rock gardens, and containers. Its glossy green foliage is highly disease-resistant, making it one of the easiest roses to grow and maintain. Perfect for softening edges, Pink Drift Rose can also be planted along retaining walls, where its cascading habit creates a graceful, flowing effect.
This rose is part of the Drift® series, bred for exceptional hardiness, disease resistance, and repeat blooming. Pink Drift Rose is ideal for homeowners and landscapers looking for a dependable, long-blooming shrub that thrives in a wide range of conditions while requiring minimal care.
Pink Drift Rose Care
Plant in well-drained soil in full sun for best flowering. Water regularly to establish, then continue weekly watering, especially during hot and dry periods. Feed with a balanced rose fertilizer throughout the growing season to encourage continuous blooms. Prune lightly in early spring to shape the plant and promote fresh growth. Deadheading is not required but can help maintain a tidy appearance.
Pink Drift Rose Growth & Spacing
Pink Drift Rose grows 1.5 to 2 feet tall with a spread of 3 to 4 feet. For borders and mass plantings, space 4 to 5 feet apart, center to center. To establish a dense groundcover, plant 3 to 4 feet apart.
