Prime Ark Freedom Blackberry (Rubus hybrid 'Freedom') is a thornless blackberry variety developed by the University of Arkansas. Plants produce medium to large, sweet and flavorful berries, ripening in July during the first year and again in fall. Beginning the second year, plants will also fruit in June. Its upright, clumping habit makes it ideal as an accent plant, along borders, as an informal hedge, or in mass plantings.
