Note: The 2.5 qt is one plant, more mature and developed. The 18 pack trays are baby plants, will take probably a full year to reach the stage of the 2.5 quart size if not two years.
Also known as Super Blue Lilyturf, this is the perfect border plant. The attractive foliage and unique blooms make for a sophisticated appearance. This is an easy to care for plant that is also safe to have around pets. It provides a long bloom season. Plant this if you’re in need of deer resistant ground cover.
Lush deep green foliage what has a cascading, clumping growing habit makes for a refined appearance. In the summer the Super Blue Lilyturf has spikes with purple blooms that are followed by black glossy fruit. The garden height reaches eighteen to twenty inches tall with a spread of eighteen inches. Plant in border planting, mass planting, edging, as a focal point, ground cover, or as a filler in containers.
Super Blue Liriope Care
Partial to full sun is most beneficial to the Super Blue Lilyturf. This plant will thrive in four to six hours of sun each day. Average soil that is well drained is desired. This plant is adaptable to a wide range of soil types and varying pH levels. Water needs are average for the Super Blue Lilyturf. Once established, mild drought is tolerated. Remove tattered foliage before new growth emerges. Divide every two to three years in the early spring. Apply fertilizer yearly in the spring.

When aiming for a seamless appearance, space 18 inches, center on center. Container sizes and garden planters can vary from five to ten gallons.
