- 3 Lb Granules
- Biochar-Compost Blend
- 4-3-2 NPK Formula
- Monthly Feeding Schedule
Arber Fruit & Veggie Fertilizer is a 3 lb granular feed formulated with a proprietary biochar blend containing both fast-acting nutrients and a slow-release reserve that stays put in the soil. The 4-3-2 analysis is paired with compost, composted chicken manure, and rock phosphate, without inputs like peat and urea that many gardeners prefer to avoid. Biochar’s porous structure helps hold water and nutrients in the root zone instead of letting them wash away after a heavy watering. We use it when containers or raised beds dry out quickly and steadier feeding is needed.
This formula is good for vegetables, fruiting plants, herbs, seedlings, and transplants, and it also works around trees and shrubs as a soil builder and feed. It’s meant to be worked into the top few inches so the roots can access it as they grow. For established in-ground areas, the 3 lb bag covers about 30 square feet at the labeled rate, which makes it easy to plan a monthly touch-up.

Product Tips
- Water after application to move nutrients into the topsoil where feeder roots sit.
- Keep granules off stems and crowns, especially on young transplants.
- In containers, mix into the top layer rather than burying it deep at the bottom of the pot.
- Reapply monthly during active growth, and slow down when plants are no longer putting on new growth.
- For raised beds, blend into the top 3–6 inches so it feeds evenly across the root zone.
FAQs
How often should I apply Arber Fruit & Veggie Fertilizer?
Monthly applications are recommended for best performance during the growing season.
Can I use it in pots and container gardens?
Yes. For new plantings, you can mix 3 tablespoons per gallon of potting mix, then plant and water well.
What’s the difference between rates for new vs. established plants?
New plantings are mixed into the soil at planting time, while established plants are typically top-dressed and worked into the upper soil layer before watering.
Is it only for vegetables and fruit?
No. It can also be used on herbs, flowers, foliage plants, seedlings, transplants, and around trees and shrubs.
What does the biochar do in this blend?
Biochar helps improve aeration and water-holding capacity while retaining nutrients in the soil so they’re available to plants over a longer period.
