Helpful Tip: The rollers are included with your planter and do not need to be purchased separately. Use on a smooth, level surface and move carefully when the planter is filled with plants and water.

How the Self-Watering System Works

1. Prepare Your Planter: Install the self-watering components and included LECHUZA-PON drainage substrate according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Add Your Plants: Fill the planting area with an appropriate growing medium, position your plants, and gently fill around the roots.
3. Establish the Roots: Water from above for approximately 2-3 weeks while roots develop. Check the growing medium regularly during this period.
4. Begin Reservoir Watering: Once the roots have established, initially fill the reservoir halfway. If the water level decreases, follow LECHUZA's instructions for filling to the maximum level.
5. Monitor Moisture: Use the water level indicator and allow an appropriate dry phase before refilling the reservoir.

Watering Tip: CARARO's large reservoir can reduce watering frequency, but actual watering intervals depend on plant type, temperature, light, and other conditions. Avoid leaving drought-tolerant plants continuously saturated.
