This is one carefree annual, growing best in full to partial sun in hardiness zones 9 – 11. Performs best in full sun in average to evenly moist conditions, but will not tolerate standing water. Vinca Cora Cascade Polka Dot is not particular as to soil type or pH. It is somewhat tolerant of urban pollution. Plant after the danger of frost thru summer. No deadheading or pruning required unless to clear dieback. Slow-release fertilizer or compost applied to garden beds and regular water-soluble fertilization of potted plants will greatly enhance growth and performance.

In warm climates with mild winters, Vinca Cora Cascade Polka Dot performs as a tender perennial. Flowers are continuous with sufficient sunlight. If grown in containers on patios or porches be sure to provide full sun for a minimum of 6 hours for optimum bloom density.
