Double White Trio Amaryllis creates a full winter display with three bulbs opening into layered white double blooms. The three premium bulbs arrive pre-planted in an 8" decorative container, opening into plush, multi-layered blooms. The ruffled flowers have a clean, snowy look that works well with holiday greenery, gold accents, or a simple windowsill. Our team recommends it for people who want a larger amaryllis presentation in one pot.
Best Locations For Growing Double White Trio Amaryllis
Grow Double White Trio Amaryllis on a dining table, mantel, kitchen island, entry console, office desk, or bright bedroom dresser. It also works well as a centerpiece because the three bulbs can bloom together or in succession, giving the display more fullness over time. Amaryllis is not suitable for homes where pets or children may chew plants, since the bulb and plant parts can be toxic if eaten.
Double White Trio Amaryllis Sunlight Requirements
Double White Trio Amaryllis grows best in bright, indirect light with steady indoor temperatures. A bright east or west-facing window is a good choice, and a south-facing window can work with filtered light. Rotate the pot every few days so the flower stems grow upright instead of leaning toward the window.
Double White Trio Amaryllis Care
Keep Double White Trio Amaryllis in its pre-potted nursery container and decorative foil, but make sure water never collects around the roots. Double amaryllis flowers can become top-heavy, so add a slim stake if the stems begin to lean. Remove individual flowers as they fade, then cut the finished flower stalk just above the bulb neck once all blooms on that stem are done. After flowering, keep the leaves growing if you plan to save the bulbs for another season.
Watering Double White Trio Amaryllis
Water sparingly until new growth appears, then water when the top half of the soil feels dry. Average indoor humidity is fine. The bulb neck should stay dry to reduce the chance of rot.
Feeding Double White Trio Amaryllis
No fertilizer is needed during the first bloom cycle because the bulbs already hold the energy for flowering. If keeping the bulbs after bloom, feed during active leaf growth with a diluted houseplant fertilizer every few waterings so the bulbs can rebuild for future flowers.
