The Emerald Star Snake Plant can handle semi-shade to bright light. For it to grow best, it likes to be placed where it will receive bright indirect sunlight. 

Emerald Star Snake Plant Care

Preferring warm growing conditions, the Emerald Star Snake Plant Care likes to be kept at 65 - 85 ºF and away from any cold drafts or air-conditioning. Humidity-wise, this snake plant grows happily at average indoor levels and does not need to be misted. As the plant matures, some leaves may become damaged or die back and can be cut away at the base of the plant using a sharp and sanitized knife. 

Watering Emerald Star Snake Plant

Being a succulent, the Emerald Star Snake Plant does not need to be watered too often as it stores moisture in its leaves. Hence, watering this plant is only recommended when the soil has completely dried out, which in general conditions, can be as little as every 2 to 3 weeks. In winter, watering can be reduced to around every 4 to 6 weeks.

Feeding Emerald Star Snake Plant

Feeding the Emerald Star Snake Plant isn’t generally required. Nevertheless, to give this plant a boost, it can be fed from spring until fall with a diluted house plant liquid fertilizer every month or so.
