Place the recommended number of tablets in the planting hole, close to where the roots will grow. Set your plant in place, backfill with soil, and water thoroughly.

How Does Grotab Work?
Grotab combines two types of beneficial fungi with a 12-8-4 fertilizer. Mycorrhizal fungi form partnerships with plant roots, extending their reach for water and nutrients. Trichoderma atroviride encourages root development and helps make nutrients more available in the soil. Together with the fertilizer, these ingredients support healthy growth and help new plants become established.

Beneficial Fungi
- Mycorrhizal Fungi: Glomus mosseae and Glomus intraradices help plant roots absorb water and nutrients, particularly phosphorus.
- Trichoderma atroviride: Supports root growth, improves nutrient availability, and may help protect roots from certain soil-borne pathogens.
Fertilizer Analysis
Grotab contains 12% nitrogen (N), 8% available phosphate (P2O5), and 4% soluble potash (K2O) to provide essential nutrients for new plant growth.
Fertilizer Sources: Urea-formaldehyde, soy protein hydrolysate, ammonium phosphate, and potassium phosphate.
Additional Benefits
Grotab supports beneficial microbial activity around plant roots and may improve plant tolerance to transplant stress, drought, and temperature changes. Its beneficial fungi also help plants make more efficient use of available nutrients.
Storage & Application Tips
- Place tablets near plant roots when planting.
- Some fungicides and chemical phosphate fertilizers may slow mycorrhizal development.
