The brightly colored cymes or flower clusters of the Lucky™ Flame Lantana, or Lantana camara 'Lucky Flame', are eye-catching. Tiny trumpet-shaped flowers have frilly edges for added texture. The flowers bloom in dome-shaped clusters at the ends of the stems. The sunny yellow and reddish-orange flowers add vibrant color to a space. The dark green foliage has gently toothed edges and looks fantastic, but it also has a citrusy fragrance.

The mounded growth habit gives this plant a full, rounded form, while the compact size makes it a good addition to an area with limited space. Feature this boldly hued Lantana in mixed beds, borders, or containers. Intense summer weather is no match for the Lucky™ Flame Lantana. This plant can easily handle heat and humidity. Lantana is deer resistant, and the flowers attract pollinators like butterflies and hummingbirds.

Lucky™ Flame Lantana Care

Full sun ensures this Lantana looks its best. Rich, moist, well-drained soil supports growth. Container-grown plants will need water weekly or more often, depending on rainfall. Water landscape plants during a dry spell. Feed Lucky™ Flame Lantana every couple of weeks to extend the bloom cycle and support continued growth.

Deadhead spent blooms and pinch back growth to extend the bloom cycle and encourage a full and bushy form.
