Luscious® Royale Red Zone Lantana Care
Lantana thrives on neglect and full sun. It may need a trim here or there to promote branching, but it is not necessary.Lantana’s demands are minimal and will adapt to even the poorest of soils. This plant has average water needs, and can handle drought conditions once established. Apply compost or fertilizer at the initial planting and later in mid-summer when plant growth slows down.
Hardy to zones 9 to 11, Lantana is an annual for most all of the US temperate zones. Frost is detrimental to this plant and does not overwinter outdoors in zones 8 and below.
Luscious® Royale Red Zone Lantana Spacing
Ensure that plants are spaced 12 to 24 inches apart when planting in the landscape or containers. Incorporate Lantana in at least a 12 inch size container to make a lasting impression.
