The Spitfire Anaheim Hot Pepper Plant is a hybrid that produces long, green peppers with a slight kick. Eat the peppers raw or cooked, which are great for roasting, stuffing, or making salsa. Spitfire Anaheim Hot Peppers have a 90 - 130 Scoville rating. The upright, branched plants are easy to grow and maintain.
