Stalks can reach 18” in length, and are tender, crunchy, sweet, and fresh.
Tango celery is a green, tender celery that grows up to 18” in height. They can spread 6-8”. Celery can be harvested by cutting the stalks at ground level with a sharp, clean knife. Leaves can be dehydrated and used as a seasoning. Stalks can be frozen for later cooking use.
