The Autumn Coral™ Encore® Azalea, Azalea x ‘Conled’ PP#10568, has large single coral pink flowers from spring through fall and attracts butterflies. Works well in container, as a hedge or singly as an outstanding accent plant
Autumn Coral™ Encore® Azalea Care
Does best in morning sun or filtered sun. Azaleas perform best in acidic soil, which can be amended with chelated iron if necessary. Protection from the wind and good drainage provide optimal conditions. Prune only to shape after the first bloom period in spring. Fertilize in late winter or early spring to give the upcoming blooms a boost.
Autumn Coral™ Encore® Azalea Spacing
Plant 5 feet to 6 feet apart, from center to center, when using as a foundation planting or in the shrub border. When establishing a hedge, plant 3 feet to 4 feet apart, center to center.
