Bella Bianca Potentilla is a darling perennial with petite white blooms that continually flowers from June until the fall. This plant is incredibly low maintenance and very hardy, as it is able to live all the way in zone 2 and still come back each spring. Pure white petals have a slight ruffle and surround yellow centers. Bella Bianca Potentilla has a tidy growth habit and responds well to a rejuvenating trim to keep it looking its best.

This plant has a mounded, upright growth habit and will reach 1 to 2 feet tall and wide. Feature this beauty in a bed, border, groundcover, or container. When included in a mixed bed, the pure white flowers will coordinate with other plants. Plant along a fence or foundation wall to conceal the structure or grow in a pot for flexible placement options on a patio or outdoor space. Bella Bianca Potentilla can easily live in USDA zones 2 through 8.

Bella Bianca Potentilla Care

Water when the soil starts to dry out. Bella Bianca Potentilla has average water requirements and prefers damp soil, but this plant can handle drier conditions once it is acclimated. Use moist, well-drained soil that has high organic content. This light-loving plant will do best in areas with full sun.

Apply a balanced fertilizer in the spring or top-dress the soil with organic compost to give the plant a boost and support plenty of blooms. Cut back old growth after the flowers die back to promote more growth and maintain a rounded shape.

Bella Bianca Potentilla Spacing

This is an upright plant that has a mounded appearance. Bella Bianca Potentilla will grow 1 to 2 feet tall and wide. Create a consistent mass planting by spacing plants 10 to 15 inches apart.

    Arrived beautiful but have not...

Posted by Kristen Rapp on Aug 16, 2023

I'm very worried about my purchase of 2 Bella Bianca Potentillas. They were gorgeous upon delivery, but don't look very good after planting. I'm hoping it's just shock and they will bounce back because they were expensive.
