Red Empress Rose Care
Plant in fertile, well-drained soil in an area where it will receive full sun for maximum flower production. A garden border, mixed perennial bed or in a pot on the front porch would all be ideal locations for this beauty. Once the rose is established an application of a slow release fertilizer would be beneficial as roses are typically heavy feeders. Water well until established and prune in late winter for best results.

With a mature height and width of 3 to 4 feet this rose should be given plenty of room to grow. A row or hedge of this rose will need at least a few feet between each plant to allow for maximum air circulation and maintenance.
