The Carpet Angel® Shasta Daisies have spectacular flowers and a dense carpet-like growth habit. Each pure white flower is a staggering 3 inches wide. The thin, notched petals give the blooms a feathery texture. The Leucanthemum x 'Angel' is a prolific bloomer that is covered with flowers through spring and summer.

This plant has a well-branched form and green basal foliage, creating a full and dense appearance. The low profile makes the Carpet Angel® Shasta Daisies an excellent groundcover. Include these Shasta Daisies in a mixed bed or border, or create a stunning and low-maintenance mass planting. Carpet Angel® works as a filler in a container. Pollinators frequent the showy flowers, but foragers like deer and rabbits leave this plant alone.

Carpet Angel® Shasta Daisies Care

Grow Carpet Angel® in full sun to partial shade in rich, moist soil that promotes drainage. Water when the soil is dry. Established plants have low water needs but will retain flowers longer when the soil is kept moist during a dry spell. Apply a slow-release fertilizer in the spring to set the plant up for success.

Remove spent flowers to encourage more abundant blooming and maintain a clean appearance. Remove leggy overgrowth as necessary. Divide Carpet Angel® Shasta Daisies every few years.
