The Elle® Hybrid Tea Rose realling is a charming rose for any garden. Producing pink-orange blooms that stand out beautifully against its dark-green foliage, it will look stunning wherever it is planted. As a hybrid tea rose with a lovely scent, its flowers are ideal for cutting and using as a cut flower inside the home. Growing to 3-5 feet tall and 2-3 feet wide, it is a compact variety with a bushy habit. With the right care, Elle® Hybrid Tea Rose will flower for months on end from early summer until the fall.
After flowering all summer long, this rose will drop its leaves in winter until new foliage appears in spring, making it ideal for underplanting with early flowering spring bulbs. As it remains relatively compact, this Elle® Hybrid Tea Rose is perfectly suited for growing as a specimen either in a mixed border or a container or planting as a group. Just make sure you plant it somewhere it will be appreciated and its scent can be enjoyed.
Elle® Hybrid Tea Rose Care
For the best blooms, Elle® Hybrid Tea Rose prefers to be grown in full sun. When it comes to soil, roses thrive when they are grown in evenly moist, fertile soil that is enriched with well-rotted compost. Feeding roses is also recommended to help keep them flowering for as long as possible. Once all risk of frost has passed and new growth emerges, a rose-specific fertilizer can be applied as per the manufacturer’s instructions.
To encourage new flower buds to form, any spent blooms should be removed back to the next leaf with five leaflets. In late winter, any dead, diseased or crossing material can be removed. When deadheading or pruning roses, it is important to use sanitized and sharp tools to help prevent any disease.
Elle® Hybrid Tea Rose Spacing
Due to its compact form, Elle® Hybrid Tea Rose is suitable for most spots in the garden or growing in a large container. If planting as a group, a spacing of around 2-3 feet between plants is advisable to allow these roses room to grow.
