Named for its color, the Ever Amethyst Agapanthus will provide you with breathtaking blooms that will last for seasons! This perennial is tough and drought tolerant. Its bloom season begins in the spring and continues through summer. The flowers are perfect for vases as its blooms appear in clusters on stalks of radiant green foliage. These beautiful blooms are sure to attract hummingbirds and butterflies while being pest resistant.
The bloom season for the Ever Amethyst Agapanthus is spring to summer. It has green, thick foliage and its blooms form a cluster on top of its stalks. It is a semi dwarf plant with a height of two to three feet and it has a spread of one to two feet. The blooms it produces are a beautiful amethyst color. You can use the Ever Amethyst in a variety of ways. It makes a gorgeous cut flower for vases, it is a perfect accent or border plant, and does very well with mass planting.
Ever Amethyst Agapanthus Care
The Ever Amethyst Agapanthus should be planted in full sun to part shade. It has low water needs. The soil should have good drainage and a yearly application of composting. To prevent crowding, divide clusters every three to four years.
