Deadheading after flowering is not necessary but may be preferable to some gardeners to maintain the overall clean look of this stunning perennial. Semi-evergreen in a mild winter but the foliage will mostly die back to the ground where temperatures drop below freezing for an extended period of time. May do well in a pot or container as long as it is protected from freezing temperatures.
Guacamole Coral Bells Spacing
Maturing to 1 to 2 feet in height and width this perennial would look stunning planted along a shaded walkway or garden path. Grow it in your favorite container in a shaded spot on your front porch for a vibrant pop of green. Wherever this perennial is planted it is sure to please. Space these plants at least 12 inches apart, center on center, when creating a garden border. Give a little more space if you are mass planting and not trying to create an edge.
