The Little Goblin Orange Winterberry Holly by Proven Winners is a native plant that produces brilliant bright orange berries in the winter. This dwarf shrub may be small but really packs a punch. Plant these with the male version, Little Goblin Guy Winterberry Holly, in order for the shrub to produce berries. 1 male plant will pollinate up to 5 female plants if planted within 50 feet of each other.
The bushes grow 3 to 4 feet tall and wide. These are salt tolerant and do well in bogs or very wet soils. The berries are a very attractive color, however they are not edible for human consumption. Birds love the berries though! Get 4 seasons of interest with these shrubs which are winter hardy in growing zones 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b, 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b, 8a, 8b, 9a, 9b.
