As its name implies, the Livin Easy™ Rose truly is low maintenance. Producing large, double and scented blooms in apricot-orange shades from spring until the fall, this rose will add impact for months on end. Growing to around 3 to 4 feet high, this floribunda rose has great disease resistance and is easy to care for.
The sweetly fragrant flowers of the Livin Easy™ Rose are great for cutting and displaying in a vase. With great resistance against disease and black spot, you can almost forget about looking after this rose. Perfectly suited for growing as a specimen or in a group, it is also ideal for container growing.
Livin Easy™ Rose Care
To encourage its long flowering season, Livin Easy™ Rose is best grown in a sheltered spot that receives full sun to partial shade. As with all roses, Livin Easy™ should ideally be planted in spring or fall and prefers fertile soil that is moist and free draining. A rose-specific fertilizer can be applied as per the manufacturer’s guidelines to help maintain plant health and endless blooms.
Regular deadheading will help keep a tidy appearance and encourage more flowers. In late winter, any dead, diseased or crossing stems should be removed, before shortening the remaining stems to 6-8 inches high. To help prevent disease, any pruning tools should be sanitized prior to use.
