The Oso Easy Cherry Pie Rose brings bright red color all season long. It is incredibly easy to care for and does not need to be pruned. This is a continuous bloomer with a long bloom season. It has a high tolerance to heat and salt.
The disease resistant foliage is green and glossy. It is paired with cherry red blooms and has bright yellow stamens at its centers. These blooms that last all season long. Bloom season starts in the early summer and this plant remains full of flowers through the end of summer. The garden height and spread reaches twenty-four to forty-eight inches. Its tolerance to salt makes it a great border plant. Use in mass planting or as a focal point in summer gardens and landscapes.
Oso Easy Cherry Pie Rose Care
The Oso Easy Cherry Pie Rose loves the sun. Plant in full sun where it can get at least six hours of sun each day. Plant in soil that is well drained and evenly moist. Water regularly in the first growing season. Once established, water needs are average. Ph levels for this rose need to be acidic. Spraying is not necessary. Pruning is not needed but can be trimmed to shape in the spring. Controlled release fertilizer should be applied yearly in the early spring.
