Parsoni, Juniperus squamata expansa ‘Parsonii’, is a fast growing, blue-green, spreading juniper. Works well on slopes for erosion control and softens the look of walls, when allowed to cascade freely. Makes an excellent accent plant- holds its color even in the winter. Its juniper berries attract birds and other wildlife.

Plant in well-drained, slightly acidic soil. Water regularly to establish and then during periods of extreme heat or drought. Mulch new plantings to control weeds and to maintain consistent moisture.
