The Purple Daydream Loropetalum, Loropetalum chinense ‘PPI’, is allow growing broadleaf evergreen shrub with year-round purple foliage. Clusters of pink flowers each spring add to this standout’s appeal. Plant for an outstanding accent or an informal, low-growing hedge. Plant on slopes or in mass groupings.
Purple Daydream Dwarf Loropetalum Care
Plant in well-drained, acidic soil. Water regularly until established. Feed with an acid fertilizer in late spring after the blooms have faded. Pruning not generally needed. Prune to shape, if desired, after the spring bloom.
