Red Lark Delphinium

The Red Lark Delphinium, or larkspur, is a tall plant with a strong visual impact. The 2.5 feet tall stems are thin and feature double blooms in a shade of reddish-coral. The flowers engulf the plant, creating a wall of blooms during the spring and summer. Medium-green basal foliage is lobed, giving the plant a feathery texture.

Delphinium is a staple for mixed beds and borders, lending a cottage garden feel to any space. Plant along a foundation wall or create a lovely mass planting.
