The green foliage and pairs beautifully with the large red berries and purple blooms. The fruiting flowers appear in the summer and are a medium purple. The abundant red fruit is ready for harvesting in the fall. When fresh, the berries are bitter. To obtain sweet berries, dry them out in a bright spot or in a dehydrator. The garden height of the Red Zeppelin Goji Berry is 96” inches to 120” inches. The spread is also 96” inches to 120” inches. It has a spreading habit and is planted for its edible fruit.
Red Zeppelin Goji Berry Care
Plant your Red Zeppelin Goji Berry in full sun and be sure it receives 6 or more hours of sun per day. It has average water needs and requires well drained soil. The Red Zeppelin Goji Berry prefers soil that is neutral to slightly alkaline. This deciduous shrub should be staked and tied. In the spring the tied point should be moved up. Pruning should take place in the spring by 4”-6” inches to encourage flank branching and optimal flowering and fruiting. Fertilizing regularly in the spring and summer is recommended.

Plant Addicts Warranty - 1 Year (Extra Purchase Required)
We encourage all plant lovers to purchase the Plant Addicts Warranty whether you’re new or an expert. There are many variables outside our control and yours that can cause the demise of your plant(s). Examples would be hungry animals, drought, poor soil conditions, over watering, disease, insects & many other factors. The Plant Addicts Warranty is a 1 year warranty protecting you from all the unknowns and will replace your plant if it moves on to the plant afterlife.
The warranty is purchased on a per plant basis and must be purchased at the same time as the plant purchase. We will cover 100% of the price of the plant but the warranty does not cover shipping cost. Simply let us know if your plant has died within one year of receiving it and we’ll get you a new one shipped out. We may ask for photos for documentation purposes but again we’ll try to make it as easy as possible.

The plants are thoroughly trialed and tested in every growing zone before we state the plant can grow in a zone.
