The Rikki Tikki Rouge Crape Myrtle has breathtaking mature foliage that is a silver-green. Its new growth has a deep, purple, burgundy making for a stunning contrast. The blooms that appear in the summer and last through fall are an eye-catching ruby red. The garden height is thirty-six to sixty inches and its spread reaches up to thirty-six to sixty inches. Use this Deciduous shrub for your container planting as a thriller. This Crape Myrtle can be planted as a border plant, focal point in your landscape, and it does well with mass planting. Rikki Tikki Rouge Crape Myrtle Care

The Rikki Tikki Rouge Crape Myrtle loves the sun. Plant in full sun, ensure it receives at least 6 hours of sun a day. It is adaptable to all soils with varying PH levels. I live in the deep south and we have extremely hot summers. Crape myrtle can be found all over the place, but none are as pretty as this one growing in my yard. I am going to be trying out the other proven winner crape myrtles as well this spring. very happy customer.
