    Major...

Posted by William Silinski on Oct 15th 2021

Firstly, the plants arrived late. Secondly, they arrived wilted and still have not have survived the trip. Thirdly, the customer service was just "lip service" and that they are a family business (so is that an excuse for lousy products and service)? Fourthly, the plants were way over priced for what was received. I wanted to give them a chance and they failed.
