Roseum Elegans Rhododendron Care

Plant in full sun to part shade in moist, well-drained soil. Water the azalea regularly, but allow the soil to completely dry out between watering. Prefers acidic soil for best results. Fertilize with rhododendron fertilizer to maintain healthy plants and to improve the soil’s acidity if needed. 

Does not require any deadheading. Mulch to help with winter cold protection and to retain more moisture in the ground. 

Roseum Elegans Rhododendron Spacing

This plant requires room to grow to its maximum 7-8 feet height and width. Can be trimmed to maintain a smaller shape. We recommend planting at least 6 feet apart, center on center to form a hedge, and give the plants even more space for better air circulation.
