Scentsation' Lonicera periclymenum blooms on new wood. This climbing plant performs best when planted near a sturdy trellis, pergola, tree, wall or fence that it can happily climb. The tube-shaped 2-inch flowers attract butterflies, hummingbirds and bees. Scentsation Honeysuckle can be grown in a full sun location in USDA plant hardiness zones 4 to 9. It can tolerate light shade in warmer climates. Its mature size is 5 to 6 feet high and 8 to 10 feet wide. It prefers moist, but well-drained soils.
