Uses also include border planning, as a thriller in containers, and its cut flowers are sure to compliment your spring arrangements.

Show Off Sugar Baby Forsythia Care

This Forsythia needs to be planted in full sun to part sun, ensuring that it receives four to six hours of sun per day. It has average water needs and soil should be well drained. Loose soil is the preference of this plant, but it is highly adaptable. It can adapt to all soils with varying PH levels and can tolerate city conditions. Fertilize in the spring with a controlled release fertilizer.

Pruning Show Off Sugar Baby Forsythia should be kept to a minimum. If you choose to prune the shrub, do it immediately after flowering in early summer.

Show Off Sugar Baby Forsythia Spacing

When planting your Show off Sugar Baby Forsythia, spacing should be 24-36 inches, center on center. Proper spacing will prevent crowding and allow your plant to flourish.

Quite expensive for a tiny but healthy...

Posted by Klark Dahlman on May 01, 2023

Plant seems healthy and started growing right away so should be fine. A lot of money for not much plant. Plant Addicts is good if you live too far away from good plant nurseries, or if you do not drive, otherwise not a very good value. The upside is that tiny plants are very easy to plant, not a lot of digging.

I planted these and have been watering them daily since we have had very little rain. They came looking healthy and I hope they bloom this year but something tells me that they may not.
