Add a little something formal to your landscape. The Spartan Juniper is a fast-growing evergreen that is easy to care for. It is known for its natural pyramidal shape and hardiness. It is compact, has an upright habit, and rarely every needs pruning.
This evergreen grows to a height of eight to ten feet high with a spread of six to eight feet. It has dark green foliage. The Spartan Juniper is wind, heat, cold, and drought tolerant. This juniper is grown as a wind break, as an accent plant, border plant, hedge, and does well with mass planting.
Spartan Juniper Care
The Spartan Juniper should be planted in full sun. It requires well drained soil. It is adaptable to most soil types. This juniper has average water needs. It should be fertilized yearly in the spring. No pruning is needed.

The Spartan Juniper grows to a height of eight to ten feet. To ensure the health of the plant spacing should be 6-8 feet, center on center.
