Its spicy-sweet aroma will fill the yard on mild spring days, and the sturdy stems support the blooms for extended viewing. By late season, its green foliage shifts to fiery orange-red tones, prolonging your garden’s appeal into autumn.

Prune after flowering if you need to shape or manage size, as it sets buds on old wood. Container-grown specimens thrive in large pots with adequate drainage and a high-quality potting mix.
