The outstanding blooms of the Sunblaze® Rainbow Mini Rose are eye-catching. The Rosa 'Meigenpi' flowers are tiny, but make a significant visual impact. The petite double flowers have golden yellow centers, and the outer petals have bright red tips. The bi-color petals have an ombre fade reminiscent of a sunrise. Green foliage with serrated edges completes the look.
The compact size and rounded form make this rose bush ideal for an area with limited space or for gardeners interested in a showy option for a planter. Sunblaze® Rainbow Mini Rose Care
Choose a planting location with full sun because the Sunblaze® Rainbow Mini Rose needs at least 6 hours of sunlight to look its best. Plant it in medium-moisture soil that is acidic and well drained. Give the shrub one to two inches of water per week, depending on rainfall. A thick layer of mulch will retain moisture and cut down on weeds. Apply fertilizer every two to four weeks during the spring and summer.
Prune Sunblaze® Rainbow Mini Rose in early spring to encourage a full form and abundant blooms. Landscape plants in particularly cold or snowy climates will benefit from added protection during the winter.
