Voodoo Hybrid Tea Rose Care
Voodoo Hybrid Tea Rose grows best in a full-sun location, getting at least 6-8 hours of direct sunlight each day. Plant it in rich, well-draining soil, amended with plenty of garden compost to help feed the plant and improve soil texture. Water the roots regularly until the plant is fully established, particularly throughout the hot, dry summer months. Direct the water towards the soil, water in the early morning, and avoid splashing water on your rose leaves to prevent formation of mildew. Apply a bloom-boosting fertilizer specifically formulated for roses in the spring. Deadhead spent flowers to promote continual blooming throughout the summer.
Prune spindly, crossing, or damaged canes in late winter or early spring. Pruning is done to maintain the overall shape or to remove less productive, unhealthy canes in early spring. Prune to where 5 leaflets are on the stem to encourage fuller growth.
Voodoo Hybrid Tea Rose Spacing
Voodoo Hybrid Tea Rose is lovely used as a single showy specimen or planted in groups for an impactful colorful display. When planting in groups, allow for adequate spacing between each plant and surrounding structures, spacing it 3-4 feet apart to ensure plenty of airflow.
