Best Locations For Growing Bandensis Air Plant
Bandensis air plants prefer warm, humid environments with bright indirect sunlight. An east-facing window with morning light may offer the best light intensity. Mist the Bandensis air plant with water several times per week. In hot, dry weather or when air conditioning is running, daily misting may be necessary. Alternatively, once per week or after a period of neglect, dunk the air plant in warm water for an hour and gently shake off the foliage to dry the plant. Avoid using softened water to mist or soak the plant.
Feeding Bandensis Air Plant
Use a liquid fertilizer labeled for air plants or orchids once or twice per month. If the plant is dry, soak it in warm water for twenty minutes, shake off excess water, and then apply fertilizer the following day.
