The Boulevard® Vicki™ Clematis or Clematis uvaria 'Evipo114' is low-maintenance, showy, and an excellent choice for an area needing a bold pop of color. The bright pink flowers have magenta accents radiating out from the center. The petals are exceptionally ruffled, adding more dimension. This beauty blooms in early summer and again in the fall.

The compact growth habit makes the Boulevard® Vicki™ Clematis a good fit for areas with limited space. Container-grown plants add color to a patio or porch area. Give the Clematis a trellis or support so the climbing stems can be fully displayed. This beauty grows in zones 4 through 9.

Boulevard® Vicki™ Clematis Care

Plant the Boulevard® Vicki™ Clematis in partial shade in moist, well-drained soil. New plants and container-grown plants need consistent water. Established plants need about one inch of water per week and more during a dry period. Apply a layer of mulch to retain moisture in the soil and shield the roots from sunlight.

This Clematis cultivar blooms on new growth, so prune in the fall or early spring. Cutting the plant back encourages bushier growth.

Boulevard® Vicki™ Clematis Spacing

The Boulevard® Vicki™ Clematis grows 3 to 4 feet tall and 1 to 2 feet wide. Space shrubs 1 to 2 feet apart or plant one clematis in a 10- to 12-inch container.
