The Chick Charms Sugar Shimmer Hens and Chicks are beautiful succulents with silver leaves with little hairs that give it a shimmer look. In warmer temperatures during the summer, the leaves are more blue green with a light silver overlay. In the winter, the dense packed rosettes have a pink tinge on the edges of the leaves that eventually changes to lavender. The beautiful sparkle silver color lasts 12 months a year, and can be grown in zones 3 to 9. Fantastic in rock gardens, waterwise gardens, patio pots, or even in retaining walls.
Plant these in well drained soil in a location that gets full sun to partial shade. Very easy to care for once established. We recommend buying several different types to add color contrast and character to your garden that lasts all year!
