Arrival Guarantee: All of our plants are shipped directly from the plant nursery & covered by our Arrival Guarantee. If you notice any issues with your plants upon delivery, please contact us within 3 days. Acting quickly allows us to send you a replacement plant free of charge, including shipping.
Best In Class Plant Warranty: Starting January 1, 2025, most plants purchased now include an extended warranty free of charge. For warranty claims, a replacement code will be issued, which can be used on any product.
Please note that shipping costs for warranty claims are the customer’s responsibility. If your plant was purchased before 1/1/25, a warranty was not automatically included. Instead, a separate warranty was available for purchase at that time. If you purchased a warranty with your plant, the terms of that purchased warranty will apply.

- Damage resulting from improper care or neglect.
- Requests to ship pre-orders earlier than the recommended time, leading to plant damage.
