Arrival Guarantee: All of our plants are shipped directly from the plant nursery & covered by our Arrival Guarantee. If you notice any issues with your plants upon delivery, please contact us within 3 days. Acting quickly allows us to send you a replacement plant free of charge, including shipping.

Best In Class Plant Warranty: Most plants also come with an extended warranty free of charge. For these claims, a replacement code will be issued, which can be used on any product.

For our bushes, perennials, and trees, we offer a 1-year warranty that ensures your plant remains healthy and thrives:


  • Warranty Period: The warranty begins on the day your plant arrives.

  • Coverage: If your plant dies due to a health issue within 1 year of arrival, we will replace it at no additional charge.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

  • Exclusions: Does not cover plants grown outside of the recommended growing zone, improper care, or issues caused at the customer's request of shipping pre-orders before indicated on website.

  • Coverage: If your annual fails to thrive or dies due to a health issue within 30 days of arrival, we will replace it at no additional charge.

  • Shipping Costs: After the initial 3-day Arrival Guarantee, customers are responsible for shipping costs for replacements.

    10-Year Limited Warranty

    We are here to serve your gardening passion and give you a peace-of-mind when you purchase our products. Our reputation for exceptional quality has been established since our founding 21 years ago and we truly believe you will be satisfied with your garden planter. In fact, our confidence is proudly backed by offering a 10-years warranty on our Crescent Garden branded rotomolded planters. Our planters are constructed to last through winters and summers alike, indoors or outdoors.

    In the incidence of cracks or fades due to defective workmanship and materials during the first 10 years from the date of purchase, Crescent Garden will replace the planter with its then closest current model. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on replacement. Mishandling, misuse, failure to follow the directions for use, improper storage, neglect, accidents or any other hazard to the product voids this warranty. This warranty does not include any non-rotomolded parts such as TruDrop water level indicators, screw caps and metal parts. Replacements for these are available and can be purchased.

    Our warranties activate on the day of purchase, so hold on to your original order invoice as proof of purchase.

    3-Year Limited Warranty

    Jay Scotts Company stands by the quality of our fiberglass manufactured planters. Each planter holds a three (3) year warranty from the time of acceptance of the product.

    We warrant the initial purchaser of our products that they are of quality material and workmanship, and are free of manufacturing defects.

    Jay Scotts Company, at their sole discretion, will repair, exchange or give credit for the original purchase price of any item proving to be of defective materials or workmanship.

    Mishandling, misuse, abuse, failure to follow directions for use, unauthorized modifications, neglect, accidents or any other hazard to the product voids the three years warranty.

    Each planter comes with handling and planting instructions to ensure the longevity of your planter.

    It is highly encouraged to follow these instructions for the best use of Jay Scotts planters.

    Please note that is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that water be able to drain sufficiently from the containers with outdoor use. This is notably important in regions that are subjected to freezing conditions.

    Please note that Jay Scotts Company will not be liable for labor, shipping, delivery or any other costs associated with a claim.

    1-Year Limited Warranty

    At Plant Addicts, your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand by the quality of our products.

  • All returns must be authorized by LECHUZA USA, Inc, and include a Return Authorization label affixed to the outer carton/box.
  • Unopened items may be returned for a full refund of the original purchase price in the original form of payment, or exchanged with a merchandise credit. All merchandise credits must be used within 60 days of the return. After 60 days, unused merchandise credits will be refunded in the original form of payment to the original purchaser.
  • All items must be returned intact with sealed original packaging.
  • Returns of used items will not be accepted.
  • Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • If your product displays a manufacturing defect, we honor a ONE YEAR warranty* on all Lechuza products.

    *Warranty only applies to LECHUZA products exhibiting a manufacturing defect. We may request pictures of the product or that the product be returned to LECHUZA US. Product displaying manufacturing defects may be exchanged only.

    Warranty Scope

    These warranty terms apply to Garden Bed series, Watering series and Planter series. The warranty includes the product itself and any parts, accessories, or extensions included.


    Warranty Period

    Two Year Warranty: Classic, Novel, Modern, and Advanced Series Garden Beds,Planter series, Modular Trellis System, Extension Kit, Gopher Net, Self-Watering Wicking Cell, Save Soil PartitionsWatering Series, Cover System, Worm Composter, Toolbox, Seedling Trays, Solar Lights, and other plastic products.

    Warranty Service

    During the warranty period, if the product experiences failures due to manufacturing or material defects, Vego Garden will repair or replace defective parts at no charge. The warranty does not cover labor costs or other expenses related to diagnosis, disassembly, installation, servicing, or handling of either defective parts or replacement parts.

    Warranty Conditions

    1. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

    2. Proof of purchase and images of warrantied defects are required for warranty service.

    3. Installation, use, care, and maintenance of the product must be documented and performed according to the user manual. Vego Garden reserves the right to void the warranty if the installation, use, and care instructions provided in the user manual are not adhered to.

    4. All warranty claims must be reported promptly upon identification of defects. Defects discovered after the warranty period from the original purchase date are not covered by this warranty.


    Warranty Limitations

    The warranty does not cover:

    1. Damage due to negligence, misuse, abuse, improper adjustments, improper application, excessively acidic, alkaline and/or corrosive products, accidents, vandalism, force majeure, extreme temperature and humidity, acts of nature, acts of war (declared or undeclared), or any circumstances beyond the control of Vego Garden.

    2. Damages caused during transit.

    3. Damages caused by using products, accessories, and hardware not supplied by Vego Garden.

    4. Failures resulting from improper installation, operation, or use under the influence of medication, alcohol, or drugs.

    5. Products that have been repaired or altered without authorization from Vego Garden.

    6. Missing Parts Claims must include images of order contents and must be reported within 24 hours of receipt and inspection of the item, or claims may be considered lost and not covered by the warranty.


    Additional Warranty Terms

    1. Plastic Parts and Water Level Indicator: Two-year warranty. No chalking, cracking, or deformation within three years; minor fading is covered.

    2. Support Parts:

  • Aluminum support structures: Two-year warranty, rust, deterioration or similar issues are not covered under warranty.
  • Powder-coated items: Two-year warranty, rust, deterioration or similar issues are not covered under warranty. Mounting and welding points are covered for six months; minor fading is covered under warranty.
  • 3. Additional Components:

  • Wheels: Six-month warranty.
  • Connectors: No warranty after installation.
  • Water level regulator silicone rings: Two-year warranty.

    What is the process for filing a warranty claim? +

    When does the plant warranty start? +

    The warranty period starts the day the plant is received. Example: Pre Order in January, plants are received April, 1st, cover starts April 1st.

    Are there exclusions to the warranties? +

    Yes, please refer to the details under each warranty type for exclusions like improper care or growing outside recommended zones.

    Will I receive a replacement or a refund if the plant dies? +

    For claims covered under our Arrival Guarantee, if a replacement is needed, we’ll place a new order for you, and the plant will be shipped at no additional cost.

    For claims under our 30-day or 1-year warranty, a replacement code will be issued. This code can be used on our site for any product and is valid for 1 year from the time of your claim. Please note that shipping costs for warranty replacements will be the customer’s responsibility.

    Do I need to pay for shipping for a replacement? +

    Yes, for warranty claims beyond the arrival guarantee period, shipping costs apply.
