Pink Profusion Salvia adds fragrance and deep pink blooms on long flower stalks to your garden. But there are so many more reasons to love this salvia. Deer and rabbits ignore salvia plants, which belong to the sage family. Bees, butterflies and hummingbirds will flock to the blooms. The plant blooms in early spring through late summer, is easy to grow and looks great nearly anywhere you place it.

Plant a row of Pink Profusion as a border or scatter them throughout your landscape to add pink to its palette. Pink Profusion Salvia also provides a way to add a pop of color in native and natural gardens. And it grows to a versatile medium height of about 14 to 16 inches and up to 20 inches around. You can tuck this salvia along steps or terrace walls, or before taller plants in containers or garden beds. It is a full-sun perennial in zones 3 through 8.

Pink Profusion Salvia Care

Plant your Pink Profusion Salvia where pollinators can find it and in nearly any kind of soil. Be sure to locate it where you can enjoy its fragrance, too. All you have to do is trim back after flowering to enjoy a second bloom in most climates. Your salvia can survive drought but will bloom more with average and regular watering. Cut the stalks for fragrant fresh or dried bouquets.

Pink Profusion Salvia Spacing

If planting several Pink Profusion Salvia shrubs as a border, space the plants 16 to 20 inches from each center to allow for their mature size. Then, just watch this easy-care shrub perform.
