For optimal results be sure to plant your butterfly bush in full sun and ensure it receives six plus hours of direct sunlight per day. The Pugster White is susceptible to spider mites and should be checked regularly. Planting should take place in the fall if possible, but spring also works.
Pruning Pugster White Butterfly Bush is not necessary due to the compact size. If trimming is desired, it should be to shape only. Deadheading is also not needed.
