The Delta Jazz Crape Myrtle, Lagerstroemia hybrid 'Chocolate Mocha' , is a striking summer blooming semi-dwarf deciduous shrub or small tree. Clusters of pink flowers from summer to fall complement the dark burgundy leaves. Ideal as a specimen planting. Makes an outstanding screen or informal hedge in warmer zones where the plant is evergreen.

Water well to establish in well-drained soil. Mulch to maintain even moisture levels and to control weeds. Low water plant once established. Feed with a slow release fertilizer before spring growth. Prune to shape in late winter.
