The Flying Machine Forsythia is cheerful and charming deciduous. It has early bloom time, bright color, and easy maintenance will have you in awe. To add to its whimsical nature, it produces large, happy, yellow flowers that fall to the ground whole, creating a glowing, golden carpet. If that’s not enough it is also tolerant to shade and deer resistant.
The foliage of the Flying Machine Forsythia is a deep green. The bright gold-yellow flowers it produces bloom in early spring and grow along its branches. The Flying Machine has a height of sixty to ninety-six inches and a spread of forty-eight to seventy-two inches. This Forsythia makes a beautiful focal point, add cut flowers to any bouquet, great as a border plant, in landscape planting, and does well with mass planting. This forsythia is large and works well for hedges.
