Frost Proof Gardenia - Gardenia jasminoides 'Frost Proof' – is the perfect shrub for those who enjoy fragrant flowers. In the late spring and early summer, this shrub is covered in 2-3 inch wide, fragrant white flowers that will resist damage from late spring frosts. The dark green evergreen leaves persist all year-round and are deer resistant. This shrub thrives in containers or as part of a hedge.

Frost Proof Gardenia does best in well-amended, slightly acidic soils with good drainage. Water regularly, even after establishment. Fertilize and prune after the blooming season.
