Plant Addicts Inc. is looking for a Part Time Paid Search Marketing Manager (SEM) to lead our paid search activities & team. This person will be responsible for our paid search strategy through Google Adwords and Microsoft Bing Advertising. The applicant must have 8+ years of experience and have a strong background and understanding of Google Performance Max, Google Shopping (PLA) and Pay Per Click (PPC) models and be able to provide guidance and strategy to the leadership team.
This is a part-time, work from home position with flexible hours. A computer will not be provided. We are not interested in working with agencies at this time.
Job Responsibilities

Review and optimize our automated Performance Max Shopping Campaigns in Google and Bing.

Add new campaigns as-needed based on new assortments & company strategies.

Continually tweak and adjust campaigns to maximize profit.

Provide guidance & strategy for how to improve traffic, conversions and profitability for campaigns.

Contribute to team efforts by working on other duties as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Advanced experience in Google Adwords & Microsoft Advertising
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Google Analytics experience
- Experience using Google Keyword Planner

Compensation and Expectations
Hours - 10 - 20 hours per week.
Compensation - Based on experience.
Bonus - End of spring season bonus provided based on performance.
Requirements - Must have reliable internet connection and computer.
Background Check - candidates will need to pass a background check in order to be considered for the role.
