Plant Addicts Rewards

Log into your account using your email address. It’s important to use the same email when making a purchase with us. This will ensure that you get credit for the points earned on all of your purchases. Your reward points balance will be displayed under the “Rewards” tab in your account page.

Please make sure that you are logged into your account using your email address. On the Account Page, click on your rewards dashboard to exchange Plant Points for Plant Cash. You can only redeem one Plant Cash coupon at a time in checkout.

Your points and coupon(s) will remain valid for 24 months. Your reward points will expire if there has been no activity in your account in the previous 24 month period. To keep your account and points active, simply make a purchase or redeem points within the 24 month period. For example: You earned 500 points on January 1, 2024. Your 500 points will expire on January 1, 2026 unless you make a purchase or redeem points during that time period.

Plant Points are not accrued in purchases using Plant Cash or Gift Cards as a method of payment.

You cannot use Plant Cash to purchase Gift Cards.

Sales tax & shipping charges are not eligible to accrue Plant Points.

This is a permission based (opt-in) only program; you must sign up to participate. Previous purchases are not eligible for Plant Addicts Rewards points. Returned items will show on your account as deducted points. Plant Addicts reserves the right to change or rescind the Rewards program at any time.

By signing up for Plant Addicts Rewards program, you agree to receive marketing emails. You can always subsequently choose to opt out from our marketing emails and still receive Plant Addicts Rewards program communication.
